Pleo is seeking a Lead Security Operations Engineer to own and build the Sec Ops function for a fast-growing fintech, reporting to the VP of Fraud & Security. You will shape the roadmap, guide investigations, and drive automation across detection, logging, and response to protect customer funds and data.
You will collaborate with Fraud, Dev Sec Ops , Engineering, and Risk & Compliance, mentoring engineers as the function matures and expands.
