Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Kunde, Support und Betrieb, steuerst Incident-, Major Incident- und Change-Prozesse, definierst ITSM-Standards nach ITIL und sorgst für Transparenz, KPI-Orien tierung und Know-how-Transfer.
