Senior HRIS Project Manager Hybrid Role

Step into a pivotal role as a Senior HRIS Project Manager at North Bay Regional Health Centre. This hybrid position crucially integrates remote capabilities with on-site project demands.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Corporate and CFO, the Senior HRIS Project Manager will lead significant HR technology initiatives from start to finish. In this role, you'll be engaged with multiple stakeholders and will manage key project milestones that drive successful implementations. Strong foundational knowledge in HRIS systems is required for impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HRIS projects and support systems

• Develop and execute detailed project plans and timelines

• Interface with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors effectively

• Proactively identify and manage risks related to projects

• Ensure thorough testing and compliance during transitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or business-related fields

• Five or more years of project management expertise

• Minimum three years focused in HRIS projects

• Experience with software like Success Factors or Oracle HCM

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
