Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst Belfast | Hybrid An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join a well-established organisation in Belfast. This is a hands-on role supporting a range of business-critical applications across both on-premise and cloud environments. You'll investigate and resolve technical issues, analyse and debug applications, work with SQL and relational databases, support business users, and provide root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

You'll also liaise with development teams and third-party providers where required. The ideal candidate will have: 2 years' experience in Application Support Strong SQL/database and troubleshooting skills Experience analysing and debugging technical issues Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills A willingness to learn new technologies
