At Loopio, we are seeking a highly-organized and driven Revenue Operations Specialist to enhance our team. You will manage GTM data accuracy, build insightful dashboards, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership on forecasting efforts. Ideally, this role suits individuals passionate about continuous improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own data hygiene and governance across GTM systems

• Build and maintain dashboards for key revenue metrics

• Partner on revenue forecasting models and stakeholder support

• Ensure seamless order-to-cash transitions with Finance

• Serve as the first point of contact for data requests

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in Revenue/Sales Operations or Business Intelligence

• Hands-on Salesforce administration, CPQ preferred

• Familiarity with Net Suite or similar ERP systems

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Databricks

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
