What you will be working on

The Data Science Accelerator Department (DSA) drives the pervasive use of data across CPF Board to aid policy and operational decision making by providing a consolidated view of good quality data, effective governance, strong data science capabilities and modern data infrastructure and tools.

Communicate with stakeholders to understand challenges and designing data-driven and business-centric solutions.
Assist in data collection, preparation, processing, and exploration tasks.
Support the development, implementation, maintenance and/or enhancement of machine learning/AI models/Gen AI/automation solutions.
Design end-to-end automation workflows e.g. MLOps and LLMOps
Conduct research on latest data science and AI trends.
Present findings and insights through data visualizations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Explore and experiment with vibe coding to assess their impact on development productivity, code quality, and integration to existing workflow
Provide support for data-related activities.

What are we looking for

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields
Familiar with analytics tools such as Python/R and BI tools such as PowerBI
Good understanding with demonstrable project experience in data science, machine learning and large language models
Openness to experiment with existing vibe coding tools available in the market
Meticulous, analytical, and resourceful
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges

Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2027 to June 2027.
