Job Summary

The Manager of ERP Systems is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of technology that supports end to end ERP (Sage X3) operations. The role provides leadership to the IT team, ensures that systems and processes align with business needs, and drives the design, integration, and continuous improvement of ERP technologies. This includes close partnership with functional leaders, oversight of project delivery, adherence to governance and security standards, and effective management of data, analytics, and system performance.

The position ensures that technology solutions enhance accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across finance, planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment activities. As the Manager, ERP Systems you will…
  • Develop and execute technology strategies that support ERP (Sage X3) goals, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen visibility and collaboration across the organization.
  • Provide leadership and direction to IT team members by fostering a high performance culture, supporting professional growth, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Guide the integration and optimization of ERP technologies and bolt-on applications, ensuring systems work cohesively to improve accuracy, streamline workflows, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Partner closely with leaders in ERP, finance, logistics, procurement, and other business functions to understand operational needs, define requirements, and ensure technology solutions deliver measurable value.
  • Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of solutions that support critical ERP functions such as GL, AR, AP, inventory management, demand planning, order fulfillment, procurement, and logistics execution.
  • Direct relationships with technology vendors and service providers, including solution evaluation, contract management, performance oversight, and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of technology projects that drive ERP transformation, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, audit controls, and regulatory requirements that apply to ERP systems and data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and champion continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and elevate service levels.
  • Manage data quality, data governance, and analytics platforms that enable accurate forecasting, real time visibility, and data driven decision making.
