The Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the bank adheres to national and international cybersecurity regulations. • Conduct regular cybersecurity audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement compliance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enforce security protocols and incident response plans.
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees on cybersecurity best practices.
• Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive measures to strengthen defenses.

• Expertise in cybersecurity compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, POPIA).
• Proficiency in risk management tools and vulnerability assessment techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with incident response and digital forensics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, or equivalent.

• 3-5 years in cybersecurity compliance, risk management, or information security roles.
• Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
