AECI Limited is seeking an AI Ethics Consultant to lead the development of ethical frameworks for artificial intelligence (AI) applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring that AECI’s AI initiatives align with global standards, regulatory requirements, and societal values. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with philosophical and ethical principles to guide responsible innovation.

• Design and implement ethical guidelines for AI development and deployment.
• Conduct audits of AI systems to identify bias, fairness, and transparency risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical considerations into product lifecycle stages.
• Engage with stakeholders, including regulators, to ensure compliance with AI governance policies.
• Provide training and mentorship on AI ethics to technical and non-technical teams.

• Expertise in AI ethics, machine learning, or data science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of international AI ethics standards (e.g., EU AI Act, OECD Principles).
• Experience in risk assessment and policy development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in AI ethics, technology governance, or compliance roles.
• Proven track record in developing ethical frameworks for emerging technologies.

An annual salary of 80,000 – 120,000 SSP, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
