We are looking for

We are looking for an Dev Ops Engineer to join our existing Dev Ops team and take ownership of our Azure-based CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments and cloud infrastructure automation. This is a hands-on technical role where you will work closely with development teams to improve how software is built, tested and deployed across our Azure platform, with a strong focus on automation, reliability, security and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:
  • Design, build and maintain Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
  • Automate build, test and deployment processes to reduce manual intervention and improve release efficiency.
  • Support and manage Kubernetes environments, ideally AKS, for containerised application deployments.
  • Partner with development teams to introduce CI/CD best practice and modern deployment approaches.
  • Drive the adoption of Docker, containerisation and Infrastructure as Code where appropriate.
  • Identify, manage and remediate vulnerabilities across application code, pipelines and Azure infrastructure.
  • Integrate security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST and dependency scanning.
  • Ensure regular patching and updates of container images, Kubernetes components and Azure resources.
  • Contribute to platform governance, security standards and continuous improvement aligned to ISO
    27001 practices.
Our Ideal Person:
  • Strong experience with Azure Dev Ops, including Pipelines, Repos and Releases.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ideally AKS, and Docker-based deployments.
  • Confident designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
  • Good working knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Functions and Storage.
  • Strong scripting ability using Power Shell, Bash or similar.
  • Experience managing security vulnerabilities, patching processes and Dev Ops best practice.
  • Knowledge of tools such as App Check, Snyk, Dependabot, Trivy, Sonar Qube, Azure Monitor or Application Insights would be advantageous.
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys automation, continuous improvement and building secure, reliable platforms.
  • A strong communicator who can work effectively across development, infrastructure and cloud teams.
