Die Stiftung Heilsarmee Schweiz sucht eine/n Service Desk Mitarbeiter/in, der/die als zentrale Ansprechperson für IT-Anliegen, Störungsbehebungen und Serviceanfragen fungiert. Sie prüfen Tickets, führen Erstanalysen durch und leisten eigenständig Support.
Sie unterstützen Nutzer per Telefon, Remote oder vor Ort, dokumentieren alle Anfragen zuverlässig und tragen zur Optimierung der IT-Service-Prozesse bei. Gute Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse sowie die jeweils andere Sprache sind erwünscht.
