CIS Project Manager for Clinical UX

Tri-global Solutions Group seeks a Project Manager with a focus on Clinical User Experience to enhance service desk systems. This remote position supports New Brunswick's healthcare initiatives.

In this role, you will lead the CIS consolidation project, actively collaborating with clinicians to understand their support needs. Your responsibilities include optimizing service desk processes and ensuring efficient user experiences. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to gather clinical user requirements

• Design streamlined ITIL-aligned Service Desk processes

• Lead service desk improvement projects and manage reporting

• Serve as a liaison between clinical users and IT teams

• Travel for on-site engagements to enhance user interaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 3+ years in formal Project Management roles

• 3+ years in IT service desk optimization

• ITIL certification or equivalent application experience

• Experience collaborating with front-line clinicians
