Sign Video is seeking an IT Technical Support I (UK) to deliver 1st line IT support for staff, interpreters, and partners. You will log incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide both deskside and remote assistance within a global IT team.
The role requires knowledge of Microsoft, macOS/iOS, Android, networking, and telephony, with a rotation in shifts. Experience with CMS platforms and Word Press is advantageous, and sign language skills are a plus.
