This full-time remote role focuses on unstructured and semi-structured data within the Knowledge Management ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between data engineering and knowledge management, creating well-defined, secure data products. Join a newly formed team pivotal to our Knowledge and Research Systems strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design logical and physical data models for knowledge assets

• Define ownership boundaries for data products and raw assets

• Establish metadata standards for consistent classification

• Register and maintain data products in Databricks Unity Catalog

• Collaborate to align data product design with stakeholder needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years in data modeling or data architecture

• Strong proficiency in Databricks and unstructured data

• Experience with metadata management and tagging schemas

• Understanding of data governance and privacy frameworks

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
