Supportwave is seeking an IT Support Technician Level 3 for a fully remote, 12-month contract. You will deliver advanced Level 3 support for Windows and macOS endpoints while managing AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and identity solutions including Okta and Jump Cloud.
You will oversee MDM, Microsoft 365, and Azure services, implement security best practices, and resolve complex escalations in this remote contract role.
