HIREXE is seeking an IT Support Technician for remote work; you will be the first line of support handling tickets via calls and emails in an MSP environment, with a focus on Connect Wise RMM and Datto.
You will troubleshoot Windows OS, basic networking, backup monitoring, and hardware/software issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with senior engineers for escalations to ensure fast, reliable client service.
