Customer Success Manager SOCi

This role involves owning a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts for a company providing AI-powered marketing tools for multi-location businesses. The person in this role builds relationships, drives product adoption, mitigates churn risk, and works across sales, onboarding, support, and product teams to keep accounts healthy and growing.

The company wants someone with a track record of hitting customer success or sales goals, strong organizational and analytical skills, and comfort working with C-level executives. Experience in SaaS, social media management, or enterprise software is expected, along with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates residing in Canada or the USA, with pay for the role listed in CAD plus bonus or commission potential.
