Infocodec Solutions is seeking a skilled Endpoint Operations Technician to enhance global enterprise environments. This role demands strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Microsoft Intune. The successful candidate will sustain high-performance endpoint operations, support end-users, and ensure compliance while collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments for reliability

• Operate Microsoft Intune for endpoint management

• Provide escalation support for end-user computing issues

• Collaborate with Desktop Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams

• Perform endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Endpoint Operations or EUC environments

• Strong knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop

• Expertise in Microsoft Intune and device management

• Experience with SCCM and Windows Autopilot

• Background in endpoint patching and imaging
