Remote Clinical ITSM Project Manager

As part of the CIS/Symbio Program, you will optimize support processes for clinical users, ensuring their technology and service needs are met effectively. This role blends project management rigor and user experience analysis to redesign service desk functionalities, facilitating smooth clinical workflows. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit clinical user experience requirements for service optimization

• Redesign existing Service Desk processes using ITIL practices

• Oversee project planning, execution, and governance reporting

• Liaise with stakeholders to enhance usability and support

• Conduct necessary travel for on-site clinician engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or Technology

• Minimum of 3 years in Project Management roles

• 3+ years optimizing IT Service Desks in clinical settings

• ITIL certification necessary or equivalent experience

• Documented experience working with clinicians
