Online Campaign Manager - SR

We are looking for an experienced Online Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This is a mid-level role suited for someone who already has hands‑on experience managing campaigns and is ready to take ownership of performance, strategy, and cross-market coordination.

• Plan, launch, and manage online marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., paid search, paid social media, display…)
• Optimize campaigns continuously based on performance data (CTR, CPA, ROI, conversions)
• Coordinate campaign execution in Switzerland in four languages (IT, DE, EN, FR)
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) and external partners/agencies
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Manage budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables
• Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements
• Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing online campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms, and reporting dashboards
• Experience working across multiple markets or languages is a strong plus
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate
