OneView Product Manager

Do you love talking to customers? Not just surveying them, but picking up the phone, running focus groups, and really understanding what makes their working lives better?

We're looking for a Product Manager to own One View, the product that sets TSG apart. One View gives our customers one whole view of their technology estate, from procurement to cyber and AI, across every site and device, in a single portal that Execs, CFOs and IT managers can understand and trust.

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to spend 2-3 days per week in our Team Valley office.

• Own the One View product portfolio and how its products connect and work together
• Run customer focus groups and individual discussions with customers to gain feedback on what they love and what would provide more value
• Use customer feedback and clear user stories to provide product direction to developers
• Work closely with developers to ensure what we build is fit for purpose and properly connected
• Support with product testing to ensure it delivers on its promise
