Basis Technologies is hiring a Platform Engineering Manager (SRE) to own reliability for Klario and Private Cloud. This hands-on leadership role requires building a permanent platform team and transforming reactive support into proactive, scalable operations.
You will drive platform delivery, define SRE practices, and mentor engineers while reporting to the VP Engineering. Bracknell-based with hybrid remote flexibility.
