Location: Brighton and Hove
Holafly is seeking a Head of CX Automation & AI to define and scale the AI and automation strategy across the CX landscape, spanning customer-facing and agent-facing experiences. You will lead and grow a dedicated team, improving automated resolution and boosting global customer satisfaction.
You will own the CX automation infrastructure, partner with Product and IT, measure key metrics, and drive governance and compliance in a fast-growing global travel tech company.
