Job Description
Job Title: Planning Administrator
Location: Solihull, B92
Salary: £28,000 per annum (paid hourly) - £13.46ph
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (40 Hours paid per week)
Contract: Initially on-going agency with potential for permanent employment
Hybrid Working: After successful training, the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays

About the Role:
We are recruiting Planning Administrators to support automotive manufacturing operations. These roles involve entering data into scheduling systems (SAP and CMMS3) and ensuring accuracy to prevent production delays.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter data accurately and efficiently into SAP and CMMS3 systems.
Maintain scheduling integrity to prevent production issues.
Support BAU (Business-As-Usual) tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Skills & Experience:

Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy.
Previous experience with SAP and/or CMMS systems (highly advantageous).
Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
A solid work history is required
