In this full-time role within the Technology Operations department, you’ll oversee security event monitoring and ensure efficient triage of incidents. You will engage clients by simplifying cyber security jargon, analyze security logs to pinpoint issues, and leverage detection tools for threat response. Key Responsibilities:

• Triage incident response ticket queues promptly

• Translate cyber security concepts for client understanding

• Analyze logs for security diagnosis and abnormal behavior

• Utilize tools for investigating alerts and anomalies

• Develop reports to communicate security metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in information security roles

• Preferred certifications like CompTIA CySA+

• Experience with endpoint detection and response tools

• One year experience with vulnerability management

• Strong collaborative and communication abilities
