Action is seeking an e-commerce CRM Specialist to design, optimize and scale CRM journeys across channels. You will report to the CRM Lead and collaborate with UX, BI, Digital Marketing, Technology, and e-commerce teams to drive revenue and improve customer engagement.
You will analyze data, create targeted campaigns (cart abandonment, back-in-stock, transactional emails), and implement segmentation strategies while ensuring GDPR compliance.
