Location: Zürich
PIDAS AG sucht einen engagierten IT-Support-Mitarbeiter für den first- und second-level Support in der Schweiz. Du nimmst Störungsmeldungen entgegen, analysierst und behebst Probleme telefonisch oder per Fernzugriff rund um Windows, MS-Software und kundenspezifische Anwendungen.
Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Know-how, beherrschst Active Directory, Exchange und Azure AD, und bringst mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Customer Care oder IT-Support mit.
