• Manage and continuously develop the SAP S/4
  
  HANA Sales (SD) application area
• Ensure stable system operation and consistent integration with connected applications
• Optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across the global SAP landscape
• Provide 3rd-level support and resolve complex application incidents
• Assess change requests and ensure functional and process standardization
• Create technical specifications and implement approved functional changes
• Perform SAP SD Customizing
  , testing and maintain system documentation
• Train key users and drive continuous system and process improvements
• Support global rollout projects and collaborate with international stakeholders

• University or university of applied sciences degree in IT, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in SAP Sales, ideally with SAP SD and/or CS
• Good understanding of integrated, cross-functional SAP processes
• Experience in SAP application management, Customizing and change management
• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging is an advantage
• Experience with global SAP rollouts is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, particularly during rollout phases
• Fluent English;
  German or French is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset and a structured, solution-oriented approach
