Gefordert sind eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung, sichere Umgang mit Ticketing-Tools, sowie Deutsch C2 und Italienisch/Französisch mindestens B2. Flexible Arbeitsmodelle inkl. Homeoffice runden das Profil ab.
