Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Project

We are hiring for a strategic IT project supporting the development of digital transaction platforms for a major financial services holding group and its affiliated companies in Indonesia. These platforms serve agents, retail customers, and corporate clients across multiple integrated applications for financial products and services distribution.

• Open for all education levels (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Good communication skills required
• Hiring process:
  Online Technical Test (Hacker Rank), Interview
• Target onboarding: ASAP Contract duration: until December 2026 (possibility of extension)
• Work arrangement:
  Work From Anywhere (WFA), except when office presence is required
• Office locations:
  Jakarta (multiple sites, to be confirmed based on team placement)

Ensure product quality through structured testing before and after each release, working closely with the development team.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year | Monthly Salary: IDR 6 - 7.5 million (nett)

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Collaborate with developers to design effective testing strategies
• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate product code against specifications
• Document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and issues to the development team
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Conduct pre- and post-release/implementation testing

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance
• Good understanding of software testing processes
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Willing to work from the office (WFO)
