  Online Technical Test (Hacker Rank), Interview
• Target onboarding: ASAP
• Contract duration: until December 2026 (possibility of extension)
• Work arrangement:
  Work From Anywhere (WFA), except when office presence is required
• Office locations:
  Jakarta (multiple sites, to be confirmed based on team placement)

Lead the backend development team, overseeing database architecture, system design, and technical delivery for the platform.

Headcount: 2 |

Experience:

Minimum 8 years | Monthly Salary: IDR 17 – 19 million (nett)

• Lead and guide backend developers in day-to-day work
• Recommend database structure, security, backup, and recovery solutions
• Oversee system installation, revisions, and technical specifications
• Maintain database performance and manage release implementations
• Establish organizational service quality and data standards
• Monitor user access, security, and system performance end-to-end
• Ensure database documentation and compliance with data protection regulations
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and capacity planning
• Coordinate with IT project managers, application teams, and technical staff

• Minimum 8 years of experience, including leading a backend team
• Proficient in Java 17 with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus (Quarkus preferred)
• Strong experience in microservices and event-driven architecture (Apache Kafka preferred)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and Dev Ops practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work from the office (WFO)
