Infocodec Solutions seeks an experienced Endpoint Operations Technician dedicated to maintaining endpoint and virtual desktop capabilities.
Your role will include managing Azure Virtual Desktop and supporting end-users by resolving computing issues. Collaboration with Desktop Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams will keep the environments secure and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop environments for reliability
• Operate Microsoft Intune for device management
• Manage global end-user computing escalations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for endpoint security
• Execute endpoint configuration and lifecycle management
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Endpoint Operations or EUC
• Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM
• Competence in Windows Autopilot deployment
• Knowledge of endpoint imaging and application packaging
