Position: Centralized Services Engineer - Remote Role
Elevate client environments as a Centralized Services Engineer at GPL Technologies, working remotely to enhance infrastructure reliability and cybersecurity. Utilize proactive monitoring, automation, and documentation to ensure operational excellence.

In this remote position, you'll play an integral role in supporting Managed Services clients across North America. With a focus on remote monitoring platforms, endpoint management, and process standardization, you will enhance system reliability and security. Strong communication skills are key, as you'll interact directly with clients when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain remote monitoring and management platforms

• Administer endpoint and network monitoring tools

• Configure firewalls and troubleshoot security systems

• Develop and manage Power Shell automation scripts

• Maintain accurate client documentation and IT processes

Requirements:

• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment

• Proficient with RMM, PSA, and related tools

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
