Desk Analyst

Exel Computer Systems has an exciting opportunity within our EFACS Support Department for an enthusiastic individual looking for a fresh challenge in a technology-driven company and a fast-paced environment.

As part of the Support Desk team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to users of our ERP and Field Service Management business systems.

This is a technical role suited to a motivated team player with energy, a positive attitude toward learning, and a commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with in an Engineering, Manufacturing, ERP, or Production environment
• SQL
  
  Skills:
  
  A solid understanding of Relational Databases (specifically writing and troubleshooting MSSQL queries).
• Problem Solving: A logical approach to technical troubleshooting and excellent attention to detail.
• Support
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior history of providing technical advice, software support, or IT helpdesk assistance to business users.
• Communication:
  Superb verbal and written English skills with a clear ability to explain technical concepts simply.

This is a full-time position based at our Head Office in Long Eaton, Nottingham, with the flexibility to work from home as part of our hybrid approach
