Role Description  This is a full-time hybrid role based in  Shillong  or  Hyderabad . We are seeking experienced  SAP S/4

HANA FI/CO, MM, PP, and SD Analysts  to configure, optimize, and maintain our internal SAP S/4

HANA environment while playing a key role in building the  SAP S/4

HANA Foundation Layer  for  Cognito AI , Shamrock AI's enterprise Business Process Validation and Data Validation platform.
In this role, you will configure SAP modules in accordance with standard business processes and industry best practices, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of configuration data. You will analyze SAP configuration settings, master data, business rules, organizational structures, and end-to-end process flows to build a comprehensive  SAP S/4

HANA Knowledge Graph  for Cognito AI. This Knowledge Graph will enable AI-driven business process understanding, automated test case generation, intelligent data validation, impact analysis, enterprise process assurance, and contextual reasoning across SAP business processes.
Qualifications
Strong SAP functional expertise, including SAP FI-CO and SAP SD, with the ability to configure and support core business processes.
Experience in materials and production domains, including SAP MM and SAP PP, and the ability to integrate processes across modules.
Solid understanding of end-to-end business process design and optimization, with the ability to map requirements to SAP solutions.
Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, including data analysis, issue diagnosis, and root-cause identification.
Background in consulting or internal business partnering, with experience gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and managing stakeholders.
Hands-on experience managing and governing master data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
Relevant academic background in information systems, engineering, business, or a related field; SAP certifications are an advantage.
Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in hybrid teams, and willingness to be based in Shillong with some remote work.
