What You’ll Be Doing (position summary):
The Technology Provisioning Analyst is responsible for supporting access provisioning within the organization. This role reviews and processes end-user access requests based on business needs, ensuring compliance with guidelines, controls, policies, and standards while maintaining accurate communication and contributing to continuous process improvement.

How You’ll Succeed (responsibilities):

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Efficiently perform review and process access requests submitted via Service Now.
Perform add, modify, and revoke access, accurately and within established timelines.
Perform provisioning activities in accordance with knowledge base guidelines.
Adhere to established controls, policies, and standards.
Maintain clear and accurate communication notes within Service Now.
Effectively communicate any gaps identified against established processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the service request management process

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Collaborate with IT support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely provisioning of access.
Work closely with compliance and governance teams to ensure access provisioning aligns with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Interact with end users to clarify access needs and resolve provisioning issues.

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
