Ada is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to proactively localize, diagnose and solve technical issues for our clients while meeting team SLAs and KPIs.
You will work in a remote-first environment, supporting web applications within our stack (Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce) and using Postman or CURL for API debugging. You will also improve documentation and provide clear, scalable customer support experiences.
