NLHS Digital Health is seeking an IT Operations Business Continuity Planner — a senior individual contributor reporting directly to the Director of Information Technology. This is a strategic planning and program governance role that shapes how the Digital Health IT division plans, governs, and continuously improves its work across our Cor Care (Epic) Health Information System, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Service Now, and on-premises IT portfolio.

The primary focus of this role is Cor Care. You will serve as NLHS's organizational program owner for Cor Care business continuity planning and readiness — establishing the governance framework, maintaining our compliance posture against Epic's Honor Roll and Good Maintenance Grant program, and ensuring the right people are doing the right work to keep clinical systems available 24/7. This role does not perform technical execution;

it provides the program oversight, coordination, and strategic direction that enables our technical teams to execute with precision.

Beyond Cor Care, you will lead divisional strategic planning and portfolio coordination for the Director, oversee vendor and contract stewardship, provide financial oversight support, and drive continuous improvement across how the division operates.

• Owning and governing the NLHS Cor Care business continuity planning program — defining the program framework, setting readiness standards, assigning accountabilities across technical and operational teams, and reporting program health to the Director and organizational leadership.
• Maintaining NLHS's compliance posture against the Epic Business Continuity Best Practices Checklist and Honor Roll / Good Maintenance Grant requirements; coordinating Cor Care's annual Business Continuity Review with Epic; escalating gaps with recommended remediation plans.
• Establishing and maintaining the annual BCA planning calendar — scheduling downtime drills, tabletop exercises, technical dress rehearsals (TDRs), and validation activities in coordination with the Senior Coordinator, Cor Care Environment & Release Management and clinical operational leaders.
• Owning the Cor Care downtime communication strategy and stakeholder readiness framework; ensuring clinical leaders, end users, and IT teams understand their roles and responsibilities during downtime and recovery.
• Coordinating governance of Extended Outage and ransomware readiness requirements — ensuring infrastructure playbooks, clinical backfill plans, census reconciliation plans, and revenue recovery plans are owned, current, and exercised.
• Acting as the primary liaison between NLHS and Epic for business continuity program governance; coordinating Epic Technical Services engagements and BC Review follow-through.

• Maintaining an integrated view of the Cor Care operational environment — environment health, upgrade timelines, release readiness, Honor Roll compliance status, and open risks — for the Director and governance bodies.
• Coordinating the Cor Care upgrade and release planning calendar with the Senior Coordinator, Cor Care Environment & Release Management; ensuring cross-team work streams, dependencies, and communications are sequenced from planning through execution.
