We don't expect you to have a background in everything we use, but we do expect strong software engineering foundations and a background with either one of our key languages.

We are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure and workflows that supports our ML and AI systems. You will be part of the tech team along with software and ML engineers to deploy scalable, reliable, and efficient systems , ensuring the smooth operation of Atinary’s products.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software services.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS) for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with software & ML engineers to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
• Implement observability best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Partner with the security team to ensure infrastructure security and compliance.

Must-have:

• 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops, site reliability, or cloud infrastructure roles.
  OR
• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering and 1+ year of experience in Dev Ops, site reliability, or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Experience with AWS.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Git Hub Actions or similar).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration.
• Hands-on scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Open Tofu or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-have:

• Startup experience and comfort with rapid iteration.
• Familiarity with ML workloads, AI and GenAI systems.
