Role Description

The Analytics Engineer is a full-time role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, Singapore or Hong Kong, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The role involves designing and maintaining robust data pipelines, implementing ETL processes, and ensuring reliable data flows between systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing data models, supporting data warehousing solutions, and collaborating with analysts and business stakeholders to deliver accurate and accessible datasets.

The Analytics Engineer will work closely with data scientists and BI teams to enable advanced analytics, improve data quality, and support reporting and dashboarding needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong data engineering skills, including experience with Data Engineering and Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes.
  • Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing to design scalable and maintainable data structures.
  • Hands-on experience in Data Analytics, with the ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
  • Knowledge of modern data platforms, SQL, and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Scala).
  • Experience with cloud-based data infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data orchestration tools is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior work in consulting or client-facing data projects, and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
