In this role, you will take ownership of technical projects, leading the implementation of Parallels products while collaborating closely with internal teams. Your expertise in cloud solutions, networking, and desktop virtualization will be essential in architecting effective deployments. You will provide clients with practical insights and drive the resolution of technical incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding for customer technical support
• Act as the technical resource for client projects
• Conduct post-incident reviews and identify improvements
• Deliver proactive assessments and optimization services
• Maintain detailed documentation for all implementations
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent experience in IT field
• Experience with Microsoft and Citrix technologies
• Knowledge of enterprise networking and security concepts
• Skills in technical documentation and user training
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
