Van Oers zoekt een IT Support Medewerker die als eerste aanspreekpunt fungeert voor collega’s met IT-vragen. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij probleemloos kunnen werken en ondersteunt bij alles wat met de digitale werkplek te maken heeft.
Je werkt vanuit de servicedesk en bent regelmatig op kantoor aanwezig om collega’s persoonlijk te helpen. Je taken omvatten het afhandelen van meldingen, oplossen van incidenten en bijdragen aan de verbetering van dienstverlening.
