Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and provide client system health checks

• Address client alerts and system performance issues

• Manage deployments through established SOPs

• Collaborate with clients to improve their infrastructure

• Record time and maintain accurate project tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Linux systems and networking roles

• Experience with AWS, Azure, and other cloud solutions

• Proficient in container technologies and orchestration

• Strong scripting abilities with Bash and Python

• Knowledge of Linux distributions like RHEL and Debian
