Position: Remote IT Support Analyst at Third Octet
Become the technical front line for Third Octet as a Remote IT Support Analyst. Provide essential support for managed services, cloud solutions, and internal initiatives across the GTA.

This position requires a strong focus on user support and problem-solving as you assist internal teams and clients. You'll tackle technical support incidents and manage crucial infrastructure systems like Shared Messaging and Private Cloud. A commitment to excellent customer service is vital in this role to guide users through their technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support via calls and emails

• Troubleshoot complex technical incidents

• Manage internal and managed infrastructure elements

• Maintain internal documentation and governance compliance

• Rotate with team members for after-hours support
