Position: IT Support Technician Hybrid Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical application resolution and computing support

• Install, upgrade, and diagnose PCs and peripherals

• Identify trends in hardware/application issues

• Train users on AI tools and troubleshoot accordingly

• Develop metrics reports for service and asset management

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in a corporate tech support role

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline

• Proven communication and customer service skills

• Strong background in Microsoft infrastructure

• Certification in ITIL V3 or Microsoft fundamentals preferred
