Applications Support Engineer (Net Suite)

• Mostly Remote (UK) | Milton Keynes 1-2 times per month
• £60,000–£65,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for an Applications Support Engineer to take ownership of a business-critical Net Suite platform within a growing organisation investing heavily in its technology.

This is more than a support role - you'll become the go-to expert for Net Suite, driving improvements, supporting users, enhancing integrations and helping shape the future applications roadmap.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting and administering Net Suite and connected business applications.
• Providing 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Managing upgrades, releases and system improvements.
• Configuring workflows, saved searches, forms, roles and permissions.
• Supporting integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
• Working closely with Finance, HR and business stakeholders to improve processes.
• Driving governance, documentation and best practice across the platform.

What we're looking for

• Experience supporting or administering Oracle Net Suite.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows and integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and driving continuous improvement.
• Someone open to learning new business applications to support
