SAP Document & Reporting Compliance; DRC) Architect

Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC) Architect to join their team immediately and will run until April 2027, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive SAP DRC experience and multiple project implementations. This will be a fully remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help the client understand the business value of SAP DRC, including operational efficiency, risk reduction, and long-term regulatory preparedness.
• Assess the client's current regulatory landscape and map SAP DRC capabilities to address coverage gaps and ensure full compliance with local and global requirements.
• Define a clear implementation approach and phased roadmap aligned with the client's business priorities, timelines, and available resources.
• Lead end-to-end configuration of SAP DRC modules, tailoring them to the client's specific business processes and organizational structure.
• Oversee seamless integration of SAP DRC with existing ERP systems, third-party applications, and external data sources to ensure data consistency and smooth information flow.
• Design and execute a structured rollout strategy, including pilot phases, user training, cutover planning, and post-go-live support to drive user adoption and minimize disruption.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, progress reviews, and risk escalation to ensure alignment on goals, milestones, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
