Innova Energie zoekt een Technisch Support Medewerker die klanten en installateurs ondersteunt bij het Energy Management System (EMS) en de bijbehorende app. Je helpt installateurs op afstand tijdens ingebruikname en voert EMS-configuraties uit.
Je analyseert meldingen, bewaakt openstaande meldingen en communiceert helder per telefoon en e-mail. Ervaring met software en een klantgerichte, gestructureerde aanpak zijn vereist.
