CAPE is hiring an IT Coordinator for a one-year position, focusing on information management and technology coordination. In this role, you will analyze user needs, develop innovative IT solutions, and contribute to administrative functions. Collaborate closely with the Director of Finance and IT to ensure smooth operations and effective IT management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the focal point for IM and IT management at CAPE

• Assist management with IM technical analysis and issue resolution

• Develop functionalities using Power Apps for user engagement

• Manage SharePoint user roles and security access

• Support training for Microsoft Dynamics to staff users

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Information Management or Technology

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Fluency in English and French

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Share Point

• Strong organizational and project management skills
