About the roleInfopro Learning is looking for an Oracle & Learning Technology Consultant to advise a large, complex organization on the strategy and effective use of its Oracle Learning Management (Oracle LMS) ecosystem. This is an advisory and coaching role, not a hands-on system administration position. You'll guide stakeholders and internal L&D/IT teams toward the right decisions on Oracle LMS strategy, capability, and best practice, and help build their confidence to manage the platform themselves.
The role sits within a large-scale, complex operating environment where learning technology supports safety-critical, high-performance, and highly regulated ways of working, so prior exposure to aviation, aerospace, or another regulated sector is a plus.
Advise on Oracle LMS (Oracle Learning Cloud) strategy: course catalog design, learning paths, certifications, and compliance-driven training.
Coach and upskill internal teams and platform owners, building their capability to manage Oracle LMS themselves rather than doing the configuration work for them.
Guide the design of scalable learning workflows in partnership with HR, L&D, and IT stakeholders.
Advise on integrating Oracle LMS with third-party content providers (e.g. Udemy Business, Harvard Manage Mentor) and adjacent systems such as Oracle HCM.
Provide consultative input across the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, rollout planning, and post-go-live support.
Interpret reporting on training effectiveness, compliance completion, and learner engagement, and coach stakeholders on how to act on it.
Act as a trusted advisor on learning technology strategy, staying current on the Oracle LMS roadmap and broader digital learning ecosystem.
Proven experience advising on or consulting around Oracle Learning Management (Oracle LMS / Oracle Learning Cloud) in an enterprise environment.
Demonstrable coaching ability — able to build capability, confidence, and independence in others rather than simply doing the work for them.
Strong understanding of learning technology architecture: catalog management, learning paths, certifications, compliance tracking, and reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business and L&D requirements into practical recommendations.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret learning data and communicate outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with in aviation, aerospace, or another large-scale, safety-critical, or highly regulated operating environment.
Familiarity with Udemy Business or Harvard Manage Mentor content and how it integrates into a learning platform.
Relevant Oracle certifications in Learning Management or the wider HCM Cloud suite.
A formal coaching qualification or accreditation.
Experience supporting learning technology within a global or multi-site organization.
Advise & coach a global organization on Oracle LMS strategy. Remote Middle East - periodic travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 3-month contract, 40 hrs/week
